A 6 week group online mental health programme designed for teens
​Our Teen Programme is an online group experience designed to support teen mental well-being. Each week combines talk-based therapy with creative arts therapy in a structured curriculum with 4 qualified therapists each week
The programme gives young people the tools and skills they need to thrive in a supportive peer environment - boosting self-esteem, building confidence, and strengthening resilience.

Structured Support

Participants are placed in curated cohorts based on age and shared needs, promoting mutual understanding and a supportive peer community to reduce feelings of isolation

Through creative exercises, reflection activities, and group discussions focusing on weekly themes all led by qualified and dedicated therapists, teens learn practical skills to navigate life’s challenges—while connecting with others going through relatable experiences in a shared, safe and supportive community.

About the Programme

Who is it for?
The programme is designed to support young people aged 12-17 who are struggling with anxiety, low mood, and/or social isolation.

How does it work?
Each group brings together 6–8 teens who are intentionally matched to support meaningful connection.
2 x 50 minute sessions are held online via Zoom 2 days per week for 6 weeks.

Outcomes
Similar programmes worldwide have shown 90% of participants reporting improvements in symptoms associated with depression and anxiety
